Pin-Up Parties!

(Pin-up parties are for adults only – visit LIArtPhotography.com for kids/teens/young adults glamour parties)

Perfect for a bachelorette party, adult slumber party, girls’ night out, the ideal girls’ sports Sunday activity, the perfect single girls’ fun event, or a pick me up for moms to be!

Serving Nassau county and Suffolk county in Long Island as well as the Brooklyn, Queens and New York City areas.

Pin-Up Parties can be customized to meet your interests and are always designed to optimize fun!

A. Choose your theme:

  • ravishing retro pinup
  • 50s hubba hubba housewife
  • vintage vamp
  • lascivious leopoard print
  • luxurious leather and lace
  • sophisticated socialite
  • magnificent mommy-to-be
  • or whatever else you can dream up!

B. Choose package level or package details:

Pin-up parties range from $99 per person to $250 per person (sample packages follow).

Package design variables include:

  • Makeup artistry
  • Hair styling
  • Style of dress: you define your comfort level – ranging from artistic nude to evening gowns and everything in between
  • Posing props
  • Length of individual photo sessions
  • Group photo shoot sessions (optional)
  • Details of print package
  • Level of retouching
  • Backdrops or setting
  • Location: $75 travel fee applies if outside of Long Island

Hostess receives:

  • Chosen guest package
  • An additional fully retouched digital art print 8×10 (group or individual shot)
  • BONUS: If one or more guests books a party during the night, hostess will receive an additional free fully retouched digital art print 8×10; if all guests book a party, hostess will receive a free DVD slideshow of all her final cut images backed by music of her choice

Guests:

  • Minimum four people (including hostess)
  • If a guest books a party during the hostess’ original event, the guest will receive a free fully retouched digital art print 8×10 delivered at her upcoming event

Additional art products can be purchased at a discount:

  • All partygoers are entitled to purchase additional prints or other photography products at a 15% discount.

“Remember Ladies: Size matters”

  • Parties with 6 or more women will automatically be eligible for a random drawing during the night – winner will receive a free “Calendar Girl” prize – a custom-designed 12 month calendar featuring her favorite image.

Pin-up AND passion party option – perfect for bachelorette parties and a girls’ night out (or in)

1) The Pin-up Passion Party

  1. 5 or more people, including hostess
  2. Passion Party consultant will lead you through fun activities and introduce you to sensual products while photographer does her thing (that would be me! : )
  3. $50 credits toward passion product purchases for each person
  4. Photo session for each person
  5. Professional boudoir photographer/full digital retouching
  6. Makeup artist and hair styler
  7. You choose the dress theme
  8. Backdrops and props available
  9. 4 fully retouched digital art prints up to 8×10 in size (basic editing–color/contrast/composition–on proofs)
  10. BONUS: Calendar Girl Random Prize Drawing
  11. $250/person (a $400 per person value)

2) The Basic Adult Pin-Up Party

  1. 3 hours of coverage (additional photography hours can be purchased at $100/hr for the group)
  2. 4 or more people required
  3. Photo sessions for each guest (length of shoot time for each guest varies but generally runs 20-30 minutes with one outfit and results in 30 to 70 final images; length and number of images are ultimately dependent on guest cooperation as well as camera readiness – ask me how you can optimize the results from your group’s photo shoot)
  4. Professional boudoir photographer
  5. Makeup artist/limited help with hair styling (ask about options for advanced hair styling)
  6. You choose the dress theme
  7. Backdrops and props
  8. 1 8×10 fully retouched/digitally enhanced art print up to 8×10 in size (basic edits–color/contrast/composition–on online proofs)
  9. BONUS: Calendar Girl Random Prize Drawing (for parties with six or more people)
  10. 15% discount on additional prints and photography products
  11. $125/person (the per person charge applies whether you have 4 or 20 guests; remember, more girls equals more editing! In addition, larger parties may require a second makeup artist)
